Fitness Fun Group for teens- school holidays Sept 2021
Directions Therapy Team is now offering High School Students a 1 hour fitness class on Tuesday and Thursday of the September/October School Holidays. The class will focus on strength, mobility, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and FUN!
Run by our Therapy Assistant, Kendall with the guidance of our Physiotherapist, Dawn.
