Support Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a part time (up to 0.6 FTE) Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will assist NDIS participants with coordinating a diverse range of services and supports to implement their NDIS Plan in a way that creates independence, social participation and capacity building which will assist them to meet their goals.

We currently have positions available for people interested in becoming Directions Support Workers. Support Workers are at the very heart of what we do. It is an enormously varied role that requires enthusiasm, innovation, creativity, and a genuine care for the well being of others.
