Occupational Therapist

Directions has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.  This dynamic role works in collaboration with the person with a disability, their family, their networks and other allied health colleagues.

Speech Pathologist

Directions are spearheading an exciting new relationship-based model of therapy and an opportunity has arisen for a full-time Speech Pathologist to join the team. This dynamic role will be as part of a multidisciplinary Allied Health Team, working alongside our coordinators and support workers

Support Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time (up to 0.6 FTE) Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will assist NDIS participants with coordinating a diverse range of services and supports to implement their NDIS Plan in a way that creates independence, social participation and capacity building which will assist them to meet their goals.

Support Worker

We currently have positions available for people interested in becoming Directions Support Workers. Support Workers are at the very heart of what we do. It is an enormously varied role that requires enthusiasm, innovation, creativity, and a genuine care for the well being of others. We will match you to an individual who we think you will like and get on well with, and then your role will be to support that person get the very most out of life.
