You are encouraged to voice your concerns by writing to us, phoning us or lodging a complaint through the contact form on our website. Complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Directions complaints procedure as they arise.

Future changes

We will notify users of our website of any changes to privacy information by publishing it on the website.  We will not separately notify users of changes in any other way.
