We pride ourselves in providing support that focuses on the progression of personalised goals.  When new families ask “What do Directions do for support?” we never give the same answer twice.  Because our individualised services cater to individual needs and no two support strategies are ever the same.  Directions deliver these services with the assistance of over 150 support workers who offer a range of skills, interests and qualities to maximise the opportunity for fostering meaningful relationships with the people we support.  Every Directions support worker has the backing of our coordination, therapy and management team to enable them to develop innovative, safe and goal directed strategies with our individuals.  Collaboration, development, inclusion, flexibility and creativity, energy and enthusiasm, just some of our values.

Directions currently provides relationship-based, personalised and individually tailored support to over 350 people across the Perth metropolitan area.

There are many different ways in which the individuals and families that we support design their services with us including various levels of shared management; finding a host family; getting together with others to develop interpersonal and social skills; multi disciplined therapy services and all the amazing variety of ways to achieve individual aspirations and dreams, and get the very best out of life.
