Work with us
Our staff and volunteers are an exceptional group of people who build strong relationships with the amazing people we support and their families and thrive on sharing their lives with them.
If you have a passion for helping individuals with disability live meaningful and positive lives, we welcome you to apply!
Directions is spearheading an exciting new relationship-based model of therapy and an opportunity has arisen for a full time Speech Pathologist to join the team. This dynamic role will be as part of a multidisciplinary Allied Health Team, working alongside our coordinators and support workers, to solve problems and create opportunities for the people we support, and their families.
The Scheduler is accountable for the accurate and efficient scheduling of supports and other services within the Coordination team. This full time position is critical to the provision of high quality and commercially viable supports. The Scheduler contributes to this by ensuring efficient rostering and coordination of support workers to maximise their availability to individuals and families; ensuring that the provision of supports is consistent with the policies and procedures of Directions and funding bodies and that support workers have correct competencies to match the needs of the person supported.
We currently have positions available for people interested in becoming Directions Support Workers. Support Workers are at the very heart of what we do. It is an enormously varied role that requires enthusiasm, innovation, creativity, and a genuine care for the well being of others. We will match you to an individual who we think you will like and get on well with, and then your role will be to support that person get the very most out of life.
There are many ways for volunteers to enhance the work of Directions.
