Groups Scheduler

The groups program at Directions involves a mix of life skill development groups and social and community participation groups. The Groups Scheduler position is responsible for scheduling staff and resources required for the smooth running of these programs.  This role will also include scheduling support to our Individualised Services team.  Integral to this role is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with participants and their families, to ensure that a person-centred focus is maintained.

Executive Officer

An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Officer to join our team supporting our CEO. This position provides high quality administrative and support services to the CEO, including working closely with the Management Team to support the embed Directions’ strategic plan, project management, reporting, assistance with marketing and develop papers to support the thought leadership of the CEO.

Speech Pathologist

We currently have positions available for people interested in becoming Directions Support Workers. Support Workers are at the very heart of what we do. It is an enormously varied role that requires enthusiasm, innovation, creativity, and a genuine care for the well being of others. We will match you to an individual who we think you will like and get on well with, and then your role will be to support that person get the very most out of life.
