Groups Team Leader

Directions Disability Support Services has provided personalised and individually tailored support to people with a disability and their families for over 20 years and has developed a strong reputation for high quality relationship-based services throughout Perth.

We have a number of positions (fixed term) for group program team leaders:

  • Teenspirit Saturdays and School holiday program (Southern suburbs, based in Maddington)
  • Teenspirit Saturdays and School holiday program (Northern Suburbs, based in Mirrabooka)
  • School leaver life skills development weekday program (Western Suburbs, based in Claremont) – immediate start.

*Please note you may be required to work across more than one location and will be required to work flexibly.

If you have supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate others, possess strong communication management skills, and have a passion for improving outcomes for people with disability and their families, then this position is for you.

Support Worker

We currently have positions available for people interested  in becoming Directions support workers. Support workers are at the very heart of what we do. It is an enormously varied role that requires enthusiasm, innovation, creativity, and a genuine care for the wellbeing of others. We will match you to an individual who we think you will like and get on well with, and then your role will be to support that person get the very most out of life.
