Directions are pleased to announce that we are now recognised as a ‘Gold’ Skilled Workplace for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). This achievement reflects Directions ongoing commitment to making safety and well being a priority for all our employees.

To achieve gold status, Directions needed to satisfy criteria that includes having at least 10% of our staff trained as mental health first aiders, as well as demonstrating a strong commitment to embedding the program into our organisational culture. This includes senior leadership support, relevant policies, supporting Mental Health First Aid Officers and continuous improvement.

Thank you to Directions Mental Health ‘First Aiders’  who provide such valuable support and the  Directions staff who actively support a mentally healthy workplace.
